indoor plant store geelong is currently in construction. The two large stores are part of a multi-trillion dollar expansion in the area.

"This was a huge development," said Joe Vannale, co-owner at the location and architect.

"I have been here for several years ... when it comes to the geelong area, it's such an easy target."

There's a lot at stake today as the location is on the outskirts of Melbourne.


Vannale was pleased to receive the news, where he said the store is the home to local business.


"We're certainly a bit of a community, having been on a lot of other projects throughout the decade," Vannale said.


"The store is a very unique experience."


Local business and government have been excited about this location, but no one was keen on opening up this property to the public.


"I'd love to see a little more of a business here," he said.


"So far out in the Australian capital, there's been no real buzz about [the opening] either."
